1. Summary
This program is a simple utility for seeing OPL reference database which is
distributed by the Symbian. The OPL reference database is a Psion's help file
that contains explanations of OPL statements, OPX functions, constants, and
so on. It is very useful but it cannot open by pressing [Fn]+[,] key from the
"Program" application.
There distributed another utitlity by the Symbian to open this database named
"OPL Manual". This is an application that opens the OPL reference database by
tapping the icon on the "Extras" bar. It looks a little convinient. But it
opens a new window of the "Help" database each time you tap the icon of this
application. Therefore you spend much memory for a lot of "Help" windows.
This "OPLHelp" program has improved feture about opening a window that opens
only one window of the OPL reference database.
2. System reqirement
This program needs following environment:
- Psion Series 5 or Series 5mx or Revo.
- The OPL reference database distributed by the Symbian.
3. Installation
After you uncompress ZIP archive, you can find files following.
./ ----- OPLHelp.txt This text.
OPLHelp.SIS Installation file.
srcs/ ------- OPLHelp.opl Source files.
OPLHelp.mbm
Pick up the extracted "OPLHelp.SIS" file and install it into your Psion.
After finishing installation you will see an "OPLHelp" icon on the "Extras"
bar in your Psion.
4. Uninstallation
If you have "Add/remove" icon on your Psion's control panel, select "OPLHelp"
on "Add/remove" window and remove it. Or find "OPLHelp" directory from under
the "\System\Apps\" directorirs in drive C: and D: on your Psion, and delete
them with all files and directories included in these "OPLHelp" directories.
5. Usage
5.1. Initial start
Tap the "OPLHelp" icon on the "Extras" bar in your Psion. Then you will
see a dialog for selecting the database file appears. After you set the
database file of OPL reference, the database will be opened. You do not
have to select the database again until the file path of it changed.
5.2. To see the OPL reference database
Tap the "OPLHelp" icon on the "Extras" bar in your Psion. The window of
OPL reference database will be brought to foreground if it is already
opened. Otherwise a new window of the database will be opened.
5.3. To change selection of the database file.
This program shows the file selector dialog if it cannot open the database
file. But if you want to dare change the selection of it, press the spacc
key immediately after starting this program. Then the dialog will appears.
6. Note
6.1. Windows of the OPL reference database which were opened by other appli-
cation or directly tapped icon cannot be brought to foreground.

7.1. The copyright of this program and other related products distributed
together (source codes, icon, documents, etc.) belongs to the author of
this program.
7.2. This program is distributed as freeware by the copyrighter. There needs
no payment to use it whichever for commercial or noncommercial.
7.3. The author of this program accepts no claims for physical, mental,
material, monetary, social, religious, political or any kind of damages
brought on you through using this program. Anyone who use this program
must abandon its claims for all damages described above.
7.4. Anyone who got this program can reuse a whole or part of its soure code
for own products and can redistribute them whichever for commercial or
noncommercial without permission of the copyrighter except the official
application UID allocated by the Symbian Ltd.
7.5. Anyone who makes own products by reusing source code of this program
must not prevent the other people from any rights about this program:
